Welcome to www.Alyssa-Leigh.com!

Alyssa's website is always a work in progress. Every now and then, I try to make it a
little better. A little more girly for her. She loves purple and pink so I always try to
incorporate it on her theme. However, I would like it to be more girly than child-like blog.
I am also making it a point to update it if not everyday, maybe couple of times a week.
I will also be uploading her photos. Something I haven't done in a long time...

From PMA to Maryknoll

Tagged Under : , ,

I didn’t know we’re going out today. So when my Mom told me to change my clothes, I thought we’re just going to the neighboring university grounds for a walk. Instead, I found myself together with Grampa, Lola Nicing, Uncle Resti, Auntie Wendy Chloe and Eros heading to PMA. Lola was not able to make it with us because she had some stuff to do at home. It was a long 30-minute winding drive. Manong Eros was about to throw up when we arrived at the Academy.

PMA is a very nice place. Just like always, Mommy took some macro pictures of bees on pretty sunflowers planted in front of the administration. It was pretty hot but I didn’t even care at all. I am just happy to be there.

I[heart]Adidas

Tagged Under : , , , ,

On received really nice clothes from my Aunts and Uncles. I still remember my winter coat Ninang Lynne gave me for Christmas. It was from Bloomingdales. Mom never took me there because she said it was way too expensive. I think she can only afford me Macy’s every now and then. My regular clothing store is Mervyn’s – where she can get me four dresses at the price of one from those expensive stores. Carter’s, Bonnie Jeans, Osh Kosh B’Gosh, Baby Gap and Izod are my Mom’s most favorite children apparel. She thinks they are pretty cute.

This one, Lola had to make the waist smaller. It is an Adidas set from Macy’s that was given on my first birthday by Craig and Felicia, friends of my Dad. It is supposed to be for two year-old tots but it is still kinda big so it took me another six months to try on it again.

With the Family

Tagged Under : , ,

I love it when Mommy is home because we get to do fun stuff. This afternoon, we went to the market encounter for Gramma Nicing to shop for souvenirs of the Fiesta. With me on her arms, she managed to take some pictures of the knick knacks sold at the encounter. One of my favorite is this snapshot of wooden roosters, they really look like the real ones.

Mommy loved these green hanging earrings with embossed white flower. And because she thinks the Asian Characters are awesome, she said she’s got to have this on her collection.

Even if it was so hot outside, it was still so much fun! Before we left for the day, we stopped by Jollibee to enjoy some pancit palabok, fried chicken and spaghetti. Here are pictures of today’s outing with the family:

Missing Daddy

I am so excited because in less than two weeks, I will be seeing my Dad. It has been almost four months again since the last time we were with him and I really do miss him a lot.

Here is a picture of me and Daddy mommy took at the Lourdes’ Grotto. Please click here to see the entire gallery. On the bottom picture is me and Daddy at the Lourdes’ Grotto in Baguio.

Finally!!!

Finally, my Mom finished my website! I know she’s been busy for the past months and aside from that, I’d been very grouchy too. But she spent hours last night to get it done. I am very pleased on how it looks like. I love the flash she placed on the banner… the image transition is so cute! My Mom’s website looks like this on her IPhone. And mine looks like the following picture on a Safari browser.
